Bet Ji Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules Every User Must Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bet Ji platform, accessible at betji.wine ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Bet Ji. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To use Bet Ji, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet Ji is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be registering and playing in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be prohibited from using online betting or gaming platforms under the laws applicable in your location.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. False information — including false age declarations — will result in immediate account closure.

Bet Ji reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on Bet Ji. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, a valid email address and a Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Notify Bet Ji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

Bet Ji is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Bet Ji Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Bet Ji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction fails mid-process, please contact support immediately. Bet Ji will investigate promptly, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to errors on the user's side or caused by third-party payment providers.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bet Ji are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules displayed for individual sports or markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• Bet Ji reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a pricing error, technical fault or clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets are settled using official results from recognised governing bodies (such as the ICC for cricket or FIFA for football). In cases of dispute, Bet Ji's decision is final.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. During technical interruptions to live betting, no bets will be accepted.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered in format, bets may be voided depending on the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

Bet Ji takes match-fixing and corruption extremely seriously. Any account found to be involved in or connected to corrupt betting activity will be permanently closed and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

06 Casino and Live Casino Games

The casino and live casino sections of Bet Ji — including Live Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti Live, Blackjack, Aviator, Andar Bahar and all other games — are governed by the following rules:

• All casino games operate using certified random number generators (for non-live games) or real physical equipment overseen by trained human dealers (for live casino tables).
• Game results are final once the round concludes. Technical issues affecting individual rounds will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• Maximum win limits apply on certain games. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Progressive jackpot games, where available, operate under their own additional rules which are displayed clearly within the game.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Ji Platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using a Bet Ji account for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the Platform's normal operation or other users' experience.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account to circumvent any restriction applied by Bet Ji.

Bet Ji employs fraud detection systems that monitor for prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation, and Bet Ji's decision in such cases is final.

09 Responsible Gaming

Bet Ji is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should remain entertaining and enjoyable — never a source of financial distress or personal harm. We offer the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit.

• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• At the user's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for non-violation reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after all pending bets have been settled.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bet Ji Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game mechanics, data and design — is the intellectual property of Bet Ji or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of this content without explicit written permission from Bet Ji.

Accessing the Platform grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, adapt or commercially exploit any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

Bet Ji is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Bet Ji's total liability to any user in relation to any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
